In many Playback forms, including 3 Part Story, Perspectives, Monologues and Dialogues and others, monologues play a key role. Many forms are built around monologues while others including Open Story give an opportunity for a character to give a monologue. What makes an effective Playback monologue? In this workshop, we will explore techniques for Playback actors to improve monologue skills.
